I can’t say enough good things about the level of customer service that Yanez Alterations provides. My son’s wedding is 6 days out and my Mother of the Groom dress needed altered. I took it to several different business and they refused to alter the dress. However, Mr. Yanez didn’t hesitate to help me out. He took the dress and immediately started to get measurements. I would highly recommend this Alteration Business. He knows how to take care of his customers.

We went to this shop because all the tailors in Fayetteville had odd availabilities, that is they were only open a few days a week. Yanez alterations is open most days of the week, if not all. When we went there they quickly and gladly took the dress we were altering and some measurements and we were told to come back in 10 days. When we arrived, it did not fit perfectly due to no fault of theirs, and they asked us to return the next day and it would be done. We returned and it was exactly what we needed, and was at a substantially lower cost than we expected. We will definitely be using Yanez Alterations again for any alterations or tailoring we need. In short, if you need something done right, at a reasonable cost, and without any hassle, go here.
