Pam F I saw your review. Just wanna letcha know I worked at this vet 4 couple years. Prolly most depressive years of my life. It is fun at first, everyone is "family", but the longer your there, the worse you get treated. The place is run by a click led by the tech. There is alot of gossip and bullying. Not only do the Drs condone it, they sometimes join in. There is alot of favortism. If you are 1 of the precious ones, you can get away with anything, but if you are 1 of the outcasts everything you do is wrong, You are often made to look like a dummy in front of clients. Training consists of either being screamed at for doing something wrong or by sitting with someone who is trying to show you what to do and the minute they get up having another employee telling you not to listen to anything they say. The doctors change their minds about procedures according to mood or client. Its a back stabbing snake pit.

I have taken my pets here for years and I have to say that the service has declined over the last couple years. Seems to be a lot of staff turn around lately. Out of the familiar faces I do see, maybe one actually helps me and doesn't say "How can I help you" with an undertone of "What the hell do you want". Lots of tension between employees. The Tech and Doctors are very pretentious, If it weren't for Dr. Ward I probably wouldn't come back at all.

The staff has bee of the utmost help and attempted to do what was available to help our elder pets. Thank you for all you do, and I will be taking all my future pets to you!!!!
