Provided by YP.comThe absolute worst nursing facility in spfld area . Well known to Dept of Public Health as their are there frequently on complaints. The smell is awful just take a tour and see for yourself. However please be careful not to take their bed bug problem with you .

Provided by YP.comI have tried to call the only phone # listed for this facility for TWO DAYS STRAIGHT, and not one time has someone answered the phone. Unacceptable!
