AWFUL STAFF!!!

THIS IS AN AWFUL PLACE. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AT FIRST AND THEN THEY ARE RUDE. THEY CATER TO ST JOHNS HOSPITAL CLIENTELE AND IF YOU AREN'T PART OF THAT, YOU ARE TREATED AS GARBAGE! THEY ACT AS IF THEY DO NOT WANT YOU TO EAT FROM THEIR BREAKFAST BAR, WHICH IS COMPLIMENTARY, AND GOD FORBID THEY HAVE TO DO ANY WORK, TO REFILL THE BAR. THEY ARE HALF ASLEEP IN THE LOBBY WHEN THERE IS NO ONE THERE, THEY ARE LAZY , AND I OVERHEARD STAFF MEMBERS COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR JOBS AND OTHER EMPLOYEES, HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I WAS THERE FOR 2 WEEKS, AND CAUGHT SCABIES FROM THEIR ROOMS, THEY APPARENTLY NEVER ONCE CHANGED THE SHEETS DURING MY STAY,. AND WHO KNOWS IF THEY CHANGED THE SHEETS BEFORE I CHECKED IN! IT APPEARS TO BE CLEAN, BUT IT ISN'T. I HAVE HOSPITAL PAPERS TO SHOW WHAT I AM SAYING. I APPROACHED THE MANAGER ABOUT THIS, AND SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, TOLD ME I WOULD NEED TO CHECK OUT,AND THEN WHEN I ASKED HER FOR HER CORPORATE OFFICE PHONE NUMBER SHE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME, SHE STATED SHE IS THE ONLY PERSON I CAN COMPLAIN TO. THE PRICES ARE HIGH, I PAID OVER 600.00 PER WEEK, AND TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS? THEY WILL BE GETTING BILLED FOR MY HOSPITAL VISIT, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMBARRASSMENT, TIME MISSED FROM WORK, AND MEDICINE COSTS!!! BEWARE!!!
