Provided by YP.comI do love Cookie Factory, but I miss the days when the employees put an effort into making the Peek-a-Boo cookies look like something more than blobs of colored icing sitting on a bunch of white icing. Make it look like a face again!

I have been to the Cookie Factory numerous times. I have always had good service and have found them to be very professional. If there has every been a problem they have always made it right.

Service is not very friendly and the decorating of big cookies looks like a 3 year old did them. The last three, 16 inch cookies I've purchased have looked aweful. Very unprofessional job for the price you pay. Also I was told it would be ready for pick up two hours from when I ordered the cookie. I gave them three hours and still had to wait while they decorated the cookie. I vowed to never buy there again.

Provided by YP.comThis is by far the dirtiest cookie factory location .floors are filthy ,display glasses are never washed .employees handle money then make sandwiches never washing there hands . two employees stand around talking when there isnt a clean table in the place.the health department needs to close down this dump.
The Cookie Factory has gone through a complete remodel. We have new everything in the store. For the last 4 years the Cookie Factory has received the gold status from the Department of Public Health. No food is handled without wax tissue paper or gloves on.
