He was a three-year Resident Physician at Sanford Medical Center, Fargo, North Dakota and served as Chief Resident. Dr. Collazo is Board Qualified in Foot and Reconstructive Rear Foot/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery National Board of Podiatric Medicine Education.
