Very professional business with treating patients with back issues. Dr VanFleet is not one to rush patient right into surgery. He prefers to see how physical therapy works first. Then there are also injections for the spine which may take away pain. I have scoliosis which is also causing me the spinal stenosis shooting pain down my leg. Since retiring to Arkansas, I have been seen by a Neural Surgeon who has referred me to Washington University in St Louis for a 2nd opinion. I pray I will be just like new when done.

I have had several procedures done by Dr. Van Fleet and have been very satisfied with every aspect of them. Honest, to the point and told me what I needed to hear whether it was good or bad.

I have known Dr Van Fleet since he was an orthopedic resident. He is a distinguished physician and I would highly recommend him. He performed a spinal fusion on my back. He and his staff are excellent. I don't think you will find a better qualified doctor.
