Teachers are bullies too

My child was being bullied on the playground today and did "the right thing" by telling the playground monitor rather than have an altercation. After telling once and being near tears and as frustrated as he could be the teacher did nothing! Sent him back into the eye of the tornado so to speak. Now if an adult is punching another adult in the back repeatedly and calling names they would certainly call the police right? Teachers are the authority at school and are suppose to protect our children and keep them out of harms way yes?? Well then why aren't they doing so? They're quick to tell what your child said to offend or disrespect them but don't take in to consideration why. Here's your sign teacher.
