Buyer beware! I ordered a $100 bouquet of flowers from Friday'z Flowers, for my wife for our 5th wedding anniversary 2 days in advance. The flowers was to be delivered to her place of work on Feb. 13th by 12:00 noon (our anniversary). 12:30 I found that they hadn't arrived so i called, they didn't know where they were. They called me back telling me that the order said 2:30! The lady apologized and said they would do what they could. The flowers never showed up at all! I left a comment on their website and got a quick response the next day (Feb 14th) explaining to me that Feb 13 is Valentines day and that to one was supposed to make promises on delivery ( Uggg, I wish they told me that 4 days ago).

At least they said they are refunding my account, that's good since I have yet to get the flowers.

Unorganized, incompetent? I don't know what their problem is,but i wouldn't count on them. Personally, I wouldn't and wont be using them again. I'm giving them exactly 1 star more than they deserve!
