only use this cab co. if you want die a horrible death. the driver drives like he is still in a 3rd world country and should NOT have a license.

Like some others have said, I needed a cab ASAP and when I asked him how long he said 20 minutes. He never showed up which caused me to miss my appt. I called him several times and he wouldn't answer his phone. Do not use this guy. You're better off walking.

Well groomed and has great professionalism. Next time im in Illinois you will surely see me again. ����

They don't deserve any stars.the man was rude and hung up on me, saying that since I asked how long it would be...he didn't want me in his cab. Nvr in my life have I've been treated so rudely. Cant belive they are still in business.

they said 10-15 minutes for a cab, they never even showed up, then didnt answer my calls, what kind of business does that?

I've used Gracious Cab services at least maybe 3 or less times within the last 2 years, but the guy that I just got off the phone with was very disrespectful, loud, vulgar, and rude. I tried to nicely express my displeasure with the phone call to the guy on the phone, but he raised his voice, telling me that he "doesn't give a f**k about me..." and so forth on, and then he hung up on me. At first I was trying to understand what was going wrong and if there was a misunderstanding, but that didn't work. He needs pray. :)

This man was a blessing. I was stranded in Springfield and he drove me to Macomb for a reasonable price. Great conversation the entire time.
