I love this place. I regularly see Cynthia. I get color, cut, and waxing services once a month. Cynthia is very talented and consistent. She has also been with the company for a long time.

Most awful stylists attitude. I have been going here for years, along with both of my children, every month or so. I received a couple very poor cuts, but still continued to go. After my last one, i tried to go back in and have it fixed ( something I've never done before). I would have to full-price to have it fixed, and there were no other customers at all in the building, anfd they said I'd have to make an appointment. They were very rude, sarcastic, and overall very poor customer service with the public. I will not return for this. Even the manager lied about the time she would meet me. Leaving me waiting for hours and still never showed. They lost some of the most loyal customers. Thank you.
