My center diamond fell out of my wedding for the second time. They called to tell me it was ready for pick up after waiting 10 weeks when first told it would be 6 weeks maximum. Also, they said there would be emails to tell us about the progress of the repair. We never received those even though we called the store and asked for them specifically after 4 weeks. They did say that was a corporate issue. When ee came to pick up my ring, a gemstone was missing. So, they had to send it back again. They said it would only be a week but with it being so close to Christmas, we shall see! Not impressed and felt like we wasted our gas...
