I was in this place this morning. Told the lady exactly how I wanted my hair. She did cut some hair. But she got to the point where she thought she was done. She wasnt. So I asked her to cut some more off the top. She wouldnt. Said it would look too spikey. And that my hair looked like I had cut it myself. I was still expected to pay for an unfinished cut. And she was so slow and very rude to me. She didnt get any tip. Its pretty bad when you have to pay for lousy service, a bad unfinished haircut. I will not ever be going back to KUHL CUTS ever again. I will be taking my business to the Super WalMart on the north end where I have never got lousy service. Always a perfect cut at Super Walmart. ALWAYS.
