While in Springfield visiting family over Thanksgiving, my car developed a strange noise. I was referred to Lauterbach who was able to diagnose the problem and repair it the same day for a very reasonable price so my family and I could safely and confidently drive the nearly 1000 miles back to our home in Texas. Thanks guys. Great job!

Took my gashed but driveable tire for repair. Took them 2 minutes to tell me that I need to replace my damaged tire. Being an AWD I would have to replace a set of tires. Felt that they didn't even looked to see if it can be repaired. Left and went to another place for a second opinion, and sure enough my tire can be repaired. Will try to avoid this place in the future.

I got an alignment at Lauterbach last year and wasted my money. They performed a thrust angle alignment on my car while I waited. They test drove it before and after the alignment which was the right thing to do. I asked the tech if the car was going straight before I paid and he assured me it was. I payed and left. The car was pulling right no matter what road surface I was on. I called them about the issue and they told me to bring it back. I brought the car back the next day, they looked at the printout and said that I was out of luck because it was a perfect alignment. They blamed my tires and told me to swap them. I did and it didnt help. My tires were new just installed. They still wouldnt fix the alignment. I got my car aligned at Springfield Tire and Alignment in Springfield and it drove straight imagine that! Just avoid these guys for anything and save your money and aggrevation

We had a leak in one of our tires & stopped by Lauterbachs without an appt. they were able to get the tire repaired with just a short wait. They were courteous & proffessional & we will definitely go back.
