I am aware of the situation in which this customer is complaining about. The matter was discussed prior to the customer's return to our facility to make the alignment better to him. The customer stated after the completion of the alignment to the "alignment specifications set by the manufacturer" that he wanted the steering wheel to return quicker to center after turning. This would be a performance characteristic that unless the customer has told us beforehand that they wanted more caster added ( which would help this),we would have done so initially. We also warned this customer that if we put more caster in, it could then throw camber out of spec that we cannot compensate for & wear tires prematurely. It was brought in because of poor tire wear. The tech test drove the vehicle afterward & it drove fine. We care about our customers & would not have let it go unsatisfactory. We stand by our work. This gentleman assumed we would make aftermarket modifications to his liking for free.

Never bring your vehicle to this place for an alignment. The price was good but my car drove terrible afterwards and I mean past borderline dangerous. It was all over the road. I called and asked if they would change some things on the alignment and they said no problem just bring it in whenever. I brought the car back and they told me that they could align it again but they were going to charge me because it was in spec and they dont warranty their alignments. They then blamed my tires like most shops do. They need to realize just because an alignment is in "spec" doesnt mean it's going to drive right. They also did a free inspection and told me my air filter and windshield wipers needed replaced. The air filter wasnt even dirty and the windshield wipers were BRAND NEW!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys. Go get an alignment at a shop that warranties their work or you will just throw your money away like I did since I had to pay for a new alignment somewhere else.
