We went with a local area person/business to do our wedding invitations Lisa Lu Designs and it has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE!!! The Save the Dates were great and she was wonderful to work with. But for the actual wedding invitations it has been horrible!! She does most by email. I emailed her the end of May to start the invitations because I didn't want to be rushed to get them done and I am OCD about stuff. I was pretty much ignored, so I emailed her in June to make sure she got my information. She emailed back she did get it and will get started on them. I didn't hear anything more for a awhile so I emailed her with no luck getting any response so I finally that the end of July emailed her again point blank asking if she could do them or not cause I can get them somewhere else. She finally responded with she was having system issues and will get the proofs sent by the end of the business day. I got the proofs a week later, approved the one we wanted, and let her know my name was spelled wrong. So she sent the final proof, name still spelled wrong!! Had to tell her again it was spelled wrong. She sent a final proof again with my name spelled right. I paid for all the stuff (including a $100 of thank you cards) ,then the next day get an email stating they are running behind!!! Are you kidding me... So 2 weeks later I an email stating they are done, but she has to leave town and she will just leave them on her front porch for me to pick up, mind you I live 30 minutes away. So Igo and get them and THEY ARE WRONG!!!!! are you kidding me!!! I email her and try to call her. Mind you every message I ever left on her phone was NEVER returned. She emailed me that she would call the print shop. A couple days later I get the text they are done at the print shop and I have to go to the print shop and get them. So I go and pick them up, then they try to charge me again, which I told them no I was not paying for her mistake. I then send her an email on 08/19/13 asking about the thank you cards as we only got the invitations. So on 08/20/13 she told me she would get the the design today,again round and round I go trying to get them. Never got anything sent another email on 08/26 asking what was gonig on,got an email about on 08/27 stating she has some family emergenecy and hasn't been active with her business. I email her back on 08/30 told her I was sorry to hear that and asked if she could do them or just refund the $100 and I would get them elsewhere. I also sent her a email of the statement showing I paid $100 for thank you cards. I never heard anything so on 09/04 I sent another email just asking for a refund of $100. On 09/04 she send me an email back stating she can get me the thank you cards by Friday. I emailed her right back we just want the $100 refund, we haven't even got the proofs yet. I NEVER heard anything ( shock shock ) so on 09/09 I sent her an email asking about the $100 refund. She emailed me back she will mail it out today 09/09/13. I just today 09/17 had to email her back about the $100 refund I NEVER GOT!!! So now it looks like I will be fighting for my $100 refund back.

I would never refer her to anyone or use her again!!!! She does do good work but the customer service and prefessionism is horrible.
