My phone was being replaced so my phone company sent me a prepaid envelope to ship it, I took it to the wabash store to ship and she did give me the tracking number on the package and i left. Well my friend asked if i got a receipt to prove i actually dropped it off to that site and i said no so she went back in to get it. All she asked for was a receipt of drop-off and the lady got rude and nasty and said i dont give printouts and threw my phone across the room to her and it hit the floor. This is unacceptable behavior i will not return !
