I am not a serious rider and have a very old Schwinn. I took it it to RM and they did an excellent job in tuning it up. I have a few issues of my own doing and they replaced a tube I had put on at no charge. I blew another tube and they also replaced at a reasonable price. The most impressive part of their service is they took the time to explain what May have caused the issue and what I should do going forward. Everyone in the store seems to love what they do and this does not seemed lost on their clients. My experience at another spfd shop was not good, and when I asked the "other shop" about why a charge was $15 higher than quoted was "next time put in on your self". I have found a business that I trust and when I buy a new bike it will be from R &M.

the shop never says no to anything or anyone. if someone wants to find a great bike this shop has the best,if someone needs to talk about bikes todd and everyone will talk and explain in a way u understand. its not easy to find a good bike,but at r&m the bike finds you as well as customer service that is better than flying first class! also they offer fitness and fun in bikes by having everything u would need for a serious ride or a relaxing ride either way your on a bike and moving with the world there is no better place in springfield to get a bike or advice about cycling or anyway you ride so i say go out and "Get Weir'd on any bike" thanks R&M i will c u again!
