They are the absolute BEST. We are new to Springfield and they shaved our three legged black lab (10 years old). They did such a wonderful job. Great family owned business!! And their rates are more than reasonable!!!

I've tried a few different groomers and have never been really happy....until now. Suds n Pups is terrific! Great job, great people and my pups love it. That says it all.

I was looking in the Yellow Pages for a groomer and located Suds and Pups and decided to make a vist before. They were very welcoming. The areas where the dogs were kept was very clean, the owners were very helpful and answered all my questions. I made an appointment for my Shih Tzu, BoBo, who is a long haired silky and had a few mats. When I picked him up he was absolutely beautiful. They did more than an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them and I will be taking BoBo back. Thank you Suds and Pups!

We took our Golden Retrievers to Heather for a grooming and cleanup. They play regularly in a farm pond and had started to form some nasty hair clumps. Our older dog is very timid and hates to have her nails trimmed. However, in just a few hours, she had them both looking like show dogs and smelling wonderful!

I have been taking my dogs to Heather Johnson for approximately a year. Suds N Pups is her new facility. She is hands down the best groomer in the area. I used two different groomers previous to her and neither of them provided anywhere close to the service she provides. The atmosphere is amazing and my dogs love going there to play! Heather is extremely professional and very caring with Spunky and Roxy. I am always comfortable leaving them there. I highly recommend Suds N Pups and all of the services they offer.

they say they are "certified". I checked with the Nat. Dog Groomers Association, IPC, and the ICC and absolutely no groomer in Springfield Il was certified with any of the three trade association. Heather Johnson is NOT a certified groomer and is misleading her clients and the public. kinda makes me wonder if she understands the industry that she is practicing business in.

I took both of my dogs to Suds N Pups. They are freaking amazing. They did such a good job. I had a really bad experience with a groomer just recently and she shaved my entire dog. I was really upset, but I put my confidence into Suds N Pups, and they did absolute the best job I have seen done to my dogs in a long time. I would highly recommended this place to anybody, that wants a knowledgable dog groomer. They are very experienced, and very very nice. Charlie and Lilly also wanted to say Thank You Suds N Pups.
