Replaced gutters and new roof look great and I couldn't believe they beat all other bids.

Stopped a leak 2 other companies couldn't.

Top it all roofing was very fast and efficient! They give free estimates and reasonable prices.

I have dealt with a couple leaks for years on multiple buildings with companies that don't exist 6 months later. I will never trust a company again that hasn't been around because there's no way to contact anyone once they disappear. I'm glad I found top it all. They have been in springfield for over 50 years and they don't plan on leaving. Thanks a lot. Great work.

I found the service and professionalism of Top It All Roofing to be unacceptable. I was told that it would cost me over $3,000 to repair a leak in my roof. They required a down payment of 1/2 (not unreasonable), but they did not provide a receipt or contract and were belligerent when I pointed out that I would like to have received a receipt. When in my home, they asked to purchase a guitar. They took it and said that they would deduct $25.00 from my total bill, but I cancelled their service because I was uncomfortable with how I was being treated and I did not trust them. I found someone to do the repair for less than 1/3 of what they were charging, and they provided me with a contract up front.. So, they still have the guitar and it was not paid for. I would like for it to be returned or for you to write me a check..



What were they thinking? I was not having an estate sale, I wanted them to fix my roof. I had another estimate for the repair and it has been completed for less than $1,000.00. I find it interesting that all of the reviews on this site are all 5 star reviews posted within days of each other. I would advise you to find another contractor.

Called the guys at Top It All Roofing to have them come out and do an estimate for a patch job and to fix some siding, They were very helpful and called me back right away and even came out that same day to come look at my home. I was very pleased with the work they did and left my property very clean afterwards. Only took them 1 day to finish the job, I would recommend them to anyone.

From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, I was very satisfied with my experience with Top it All Roofing. The serviceman who inspected the roof and provided the quote was nice. Scheduling the job was a breeze, facilitated by an extremely friendly and helpful representative. The job was started & completed exactly in the timeframe expected. Overall, our experience with this company went off without a hitch and we very satisfied.

When looking for a company to reshingle the roof for us, we tried the usual: word of mouth (friends and acquaintances who did it recently and had only good things to say about the company that did the job) At the end we decided to go with this company, and we certainly were not disappointed! The job was done exactly as advertised, completely painlessly from the customer's point of view. The work was done in two days. We were very pleased with how clean they left the yard when they were finished.

Top it All Roofing was a pleasure to do business with. Prompt response to your calls and a reasonable quote is a hard combination to find when dealing with contractors in any trade, roofing in particular it seems. The guys were quick, polite, and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. The roof looks great.

The crew we was hard working, courteous, and completed the work in 1-1/2 days. I was also very impressed with how spotless my yard was after the job was completed.

My husband and I had a great experience with this company. They promptly returned our phone call, provided a reasonable quote, showed up and performed the work well and with a friendly attitude. We had them doing a roof repair on our home. They really did do a comprehensive and complete job. When our complete roof needs replaced they will be the company we will be calling.

JOB WELL DONE. My room is 35 ft.up and has 6 doormers. I received a 125 mph shingle. This companies bid was 1 too 3 thousand under everyone else. ok let's go For itit.there was no later mark ups or anything. My foot I was told is solid. My chimney was found to be cracked and fixed for just the cost of tube of 50 year sealant. Since they were quote up there anyway. I have been missing a shutter for years. I called them on the last day and ask if they could pick one up. They arrived with a package of 2. There was no charge over the shutters cost,Witch by the way was not inflated but sold to us at his contact eos price of less 40% at menards. They brought me the old one to store in the basement as the 2 new ones were a better match. Wow this was great. I got to know this man over the period of a week often inviting him in.as his main focus was to proudly keep an eye on his sons up there whom were to soon take over the bussiness.thats all fine to. After talking a bit at times. I came to find out that I had known his younger brother Peachie, whom and volunteered and was fallen in view name after only 3 weeks.i had a heartfelt obligation to write my first ever review..I this companies work and materials went way above expectations. This man also does an Elvis act for free at nursing homes.even looking a lot like Elvis this is also fine. I can assure you, had a liberated actor shown up I would not be writing, nor would you be reading this review. As to the man leaving this company a bad review on 3 sites. 3 rules my friend. One you should have had the same company do your 2 part patch job at the same time in the correct order Not out of order a year apart.2 never judge a book by its cover, you will always be wrong. 3 sometimes there that odd duck like liberace, who just wants to make a lot of noise honestly sir 3 different sites. To top it all roofing, A job well done. Bless you and your family whom have given so much.

Here's the thing: When this company does bad work they call it slander when the customer complains about their bad work. Let's get one thing straight: The customer is always RIGHT. Fix the problem right the first time and you won't get bad reviews. Screw customers around and they will complain. And yes, YOU WILL LOSE BUSINESS THEN TOO because that's how word of mouth works. Thank you. By the way, I had a dissatisfying experience with this company and they said the exact same thing to me too. They had no problem taking several hundred dollars for 30 minutes of shoddy work though.

In response to the slander being posted around the internet towards Top It All Roofing inc.:No contractor covers 'act of god' damage. A severe thunderstorm/tornado cannot be blamed on the workmanship by the company. The warranties provided by contractors are based on material suppliers. These review are faulted by an inaccurate description by customers that do not understand the warranty process.Many attempts had been made in order to rectify the situations. The complainants never contacted us and have decided to slander the business with very unprofessional and inaccurate accusations.

Recently a storm came through Springfield, IL knocking loose a small portion of our siding. Being relatively new to the area, we used the first company listed on Google. Terrible idea. Not only was the service subpar, it was $350.00 for 5 minutes of work! Ultimately he put a nail through the siding and said it was done. When asked to rationalize this dollar amount the owner/manager (Cliff) said it's because he does quality work and doesn't charge by the hour...The guy put a nail through the siding. That's all. If I had a ladder, I'd do it myself. Further, he wanted a check on the spot. It's as if he knew the amount was ridiculous. All of this was "validated" in his mind because he "told" my wife upfront what it would cost. However his scare tactics were -- "This is special siding, and will require special tools, etc..." In short, I would never recommend this company. They were very unprofessional, unorganized, and overall seemingly dishonest.
