Advertised that pick up was open 10-10. When I got there at 9:30 the pick up department was not open. Manager was rude and not willing to help. Her employee had more of a caring attitude then her. Service does not surprise me anymore as it seems to be the norm at Walmart.



Product was disappointing and will not work for the application it was advertised for.



Again, this is what has become expected at Walmart. Very disappointing.

One thing i have noticed is the difference between this store and Target. I must say it's like day and nite. Target is clean and the people there are polite and helpful. This Wal-Mart is so filthy and dirty. I wonder to myself when do they ever clean this store! I have also noticed that these employees say some of the most inappropriate comments when they think no one can hear them. Comments about overweight people also people of color like Asian or the middleastern I can't believe my ears! i have also heard comments about the handicap. I am appalled by the lack of sensitivity of the employees. I don't understand why nothing is ever done. Non-action just encourages this type of language and behavior. I don't comprehend why nothing is done. I have just dealt with it in the past, but now i can no longer be silent. Again and again i go to the store to maybe see some type of change in the employees, so far nothing is being done. Diversity training classes need to be enforced.

MY RECENT VISIT TO THIS STORE WAS NOT A PLEASANT ONE. PEOPLE AT THIS STORE ARE RUDE, dismissive, AND THEY DON'T HAVE JUST SIMPLE MANNERS. I HAVE ASKED SOMEONE TO HELP ME AND THEY HAVE SAID MANY TIMES, "NOT MY DEPARTMENT." SOMETIMES THEY WILL JUST POINT THE WAY WITHOUT SHOWING OR HELPING ME FIND WHAT I NEED. THIS IS TRUE IN MOST DEPARTMENTS. I AM TIRED OF BEING TREATED THIS WAY. AND I SEE HOW THEY TREAT OTHER CUSTOMERS AS WELL. BECAUSE OF THIS I WILL NO LONGER GO TO THIS STORE. I WILL BE SHOPPING AT TARGET FROM NOW ON. YOU HAVE JUST LOST A VALUED CUSTOMER! THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE TOLERATED BY MYSELF OR ANYONE ELSE. PEOPLE I KNOW HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME AS I HAVE AND THEY TO ARE SHOPPING ELSEWHERE. FROM WHAT I AND MY FRIENDS SEE IS NOTHING BEING DONE ABOUT IT. WHEN WILL SOMEONE DO SOMETHING AND STOP TALKING ABOUT IT. ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS. MAKE THESE PEOPLE BE HELD ACCOUNTIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS. THE WOMEN GIVE THE MOST ATTITUDE.

They always have so much clearance at this walmart.
