Although there are 3 locations (2 in Springfield, 1 in Chatham), I only regularly frequent the Northfield location, which will be the basis of this review. The gentleman who hosts at this location most evenings is THE NICEST man, ready to greet customers with a sincere smile and great attitude. The servers are nice and the food is FRESH, FANTASTIC and reasonably priced. I love the GOLD margaritas, shrimp fajitas, fajita quesadilla, chile relleno (beef or cheese), tacos -- actually, I've never had anything that wasn't great! I prefer Xochimilco over other Mexican restaurants in town.

I don't honestly think there is a better place. The staff is ALWAYS the same smiling Amigo's. They take such good care of you. And the Fajita's.... I don't know what it is but my husband and I are seriously addicted to them. I would recommend this place to anyone! Great for travelers too because it is just off the interstate.

I enjoy going to Xochimilco on my lunch hour because I know my food will come out fast and hot!
