They DO NOT take any new patients unless one has an immediate horrific injury like an accident, this was as of 2015. Go elsewhere. I was in their pain management clinic for years and discontinued it. They DO NOT take new patients. They will not prescribe pain meds. Go elsewhere unless you are in their system on a long-term basis, and if you are do NOT discontinue it as you may need it in the future and they will just send you to P.T. and tell you there is nothing they can do for you. The nurse practitioner was there to generate a load of paperwork for insurance purposes only. If one is diagnosed with a heel foot problem, TELL THEM to get heel inserts. I knew this as soon as I was told this was an issue. They purposefully DO NOT tell you how to really treat your issues so you keep coming back on a messed-up merry go round of incompetence. Presently, I doubt I could walk even a quarter of a mile... but was I asked this? No. Stay away from this place if you are a new patient. I was told only P.T would work and that I did not have arthritis issues (diagnosed 33 years earlier) - and I know that one can find out exercises to do online, which I did as I had no way to get to P.T. where they wanted me to go.

I've been suffering in pain for a number of years. My primary care physician is not comfortable prescribing me the amount of medication I need, so she refered me to this place, saying it was a pain management place. When I got there they are NOT PAIN MANAGEMENT!! All they want to do is talk and string you along and milk your insurance money. Until your left broke, and their out on their yachts, spending the money they stole from our insurance company by sy that they are pain management. THEY ARE NOT A PAIN MANAGEMENT PLACE. It's because of places like this why our insurance is so **** high.

A Bunch of Know Nothing Dr. There!1

Worst place ever! don't go there they've never diagnosed anyone write not me or anyone else i know that has been there! I don't even know how these people got to be called doctors! be warned stay away from this place!

Worst Dr. Office EVER!!1

they are terible here i went here because i had been in severe pain for about a year. i saw Dr. Rose Benault, she told me that i was only in pain because i was a smoker and i was over weight and that she would not help me! she wouldn't even do an MRI or x-ray or anything! two weeks later i found a good primary Dr. see sent me for MRI and x-rays and found out that i have spinal stenosis, 3 herniated discs, and osetoarthritis. Ever since then i have been on strong pain medication. Pioneer told me that there was nothing wrong that if i didn't smoke cigs, i wouldn't be in pain. What a awful place i wouldn't every go back or recomend anyone to ever go there. it's a shame that i couldn't give them a lower rating than 1 star, because they deserve it!

WORST DR'S EVER1

IT THEIR WERE A PLACE WERE ALL THE ******** DR'S IN THE WORLD WENT THIS MUST BE IT. THEY WRONGLY DIAGNOSED ME FOR OVER 2 YEAR STICKING ME IF NEEDLES IN MY SPINE TO HELP WITH PAIN. FINALLY THEY SENT ME TO A SPECIALIST AFTER OVER 2 YEARS CAUSE PAIN DIDN'T GO AWAY SPECIALIST FOUND A CYST GROWING ON MY SPINE NO WHERE NEAR WHERE THESE ******** WERE PUTTING THEIR UNNECESSARY NEEDLES. I ASKED THE SPECIALIST WHY THEY WERE GIVING ME NEEDLES IN THE SPOT HIS EXACT WORDS WERE I HAVE NO IDEA THAT PART OF YOUR BACK LOOKS FINE AND NEVER SEEMED TO HAVE A PROBLEM. THANKS ****** BAGS.
