If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I was on holiday in the area and I stopped in to get some ink done. The place was not only rather dirty, the staff were inexperienced!

After being assured that he could handle my tattoo idea, the guy proceeded to overwork my inner arm and left me with a half assed design that really didnt look that much like what I'd drawn for him.

Later I got an infection. It cleared up with antibiotics and I needed to have the tattoo reworked. Glad this dump has closed. Its now in Indian Orchard (some of the same people are there and its just as dumpy and inexperienced)

I got my tongue pierced there and what a nightmare! First off the sent me to the Eastfield mall to buy the jewelry because they didn't have any, right there I should have known to go elsewhere but for some reason I didn't, I went back. The guys hands were shaking uncontrollably the entire time, it took him forever, hit the inside of my mouth with the needle and literally dropped the ball and not once but twice! Didn't clean it after he did either. So after all that the piercing was horribly crooked and swelled up so much I had to have it removed. If this wasn't the first piercing this guy had ever done he seriously must have been on something. I don't know how they are for tattoos but if you want a piercing do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
