I wish I could give them zero star. Is the worst transportation company. Bad driver services. They leave me waiting 4 times in the address I gave them. I waited for more than 4 hours for them and then they said I was irresponsible. I don't travel with them anymore. The vans are old and 3 of the van has no air conditioner. J.V.

Business is shady and put passengers in harms way, operator will not let you speak to supervisors or owners

My mother took van for NY to springfield her bags were stolen and the driver said he didn't know how it happen her credit cards stolen and her money id I call the office and they didnt actually care it was not there problem very rude even hang on me never rather pay the 90 dollar train fare then take Gerardo again but will be calling the ma attorney office an file a report

I will never go back and take the transportation again it's my first and last they can go down the drain for all I care

I booked a family trip nice service on time great price.
