Poor service with my BMW
Lack honesty and professionalism.
Prices are higher than BMW dealership and slow diagnosis of problems leads to higher bill, charge by the hour.

Excellent service through the whole process. From checking in, getting diagnosis, pricing estimates and regular updates. The team REALLY KNOW Bentley's and have all the right equipment. Also great place to visit due to constant flow of exciting automobiles in various stages of restoration or just general service.

You were right about the transmission. The flutter at high speeds no longer occurs.

Emergency visit with a tight deadline - exceeded expectations in quality of repair, time to secure repair part and complete the service. Very fair pricing as well.

Robison Service provides extraordinarily competent service to fine imported cars. The owner is a take-no-prisoners sort who loves Land Rovers, Mercedes-Benz, Rolls-Royces etc and treats them like the works of art that they can be. Their work is thorough, well-documented and reliable. I would not take my 1988 or 1992 Mercedes-Benz to anyone else in western Massachusetts.

I've purchased two cars from John and had him work on a number of different vehicles. He was fair to deal with and provides especially good service for those makes he specializes in. Not cheap, but I feel like I can trust his work.

Great shop, they really know Land Rovers inside and out. Glad I found them.

J E Robison did a world class job rustproofing my 2013 F150 with the Waxoyl process. I can not imagin anywhere or anyone else doing a better job. Thank You J E Robison!

I have recomended you to several folks. I recently sold the 2008 328 and purchased a 2012 335 I Coupe. Although it covered under the BMW dealer maintanence plan , I will be bringing it to you instead. See you in arround 6 months. Cheers

Top notch in every respect. Would not consider going elsewhere again. John has a remarkable service, no need to take my 356C elsewhere.

I drove 2 hrs 15 minutes to use this shop. Extremely impressed much thanks to Mr. Robison and Paul my mechanic. Will do it again when needed.

They do a much better job than dealers. However they need to do a better job at cost estimating and providing quotations that are much more accurate on the work that is going to be done. They go to the root of the problem instead of band aids the dealers throw at you. They are expensive I would say very expensive. However in this case you do get a good repair.

John and his team thoughtfully diagnosed and successfully executed the difficult task of reconstructing the hydrovac system in my Peugeot 404 C. I especially appreciated their frequent consultations at every stage of the process. Having experienced several fine shops and mechanics in my 73 years, J E Robison Service is clearly my shop of choice

Nice, knowledgeable, honest people. Always fun to see what exotic cars they're working on. Taken my Land Rover, Mercedes and BMW there over the years.
