Bad for business. Ordered a specific cake 2 weeks in advance to ensure the cake was made according to how I ordered with enough time to let me know if there'd be any problems. Once I came to pick up the cake for the party, it was hideous and not even the cake I ordered!!! It looked like a two year old scribbled writing on it, and the owner was dismissive and didn't care that the picture was the wrong picture and the frosting was the wrong color. The only compensation I was offered was cupcakes and the cake was not flavorful at all!
