Horrible customer service,bad attitudes,not friendly or helpful. Never ordering there again.Lots of better places to eat with better service.

I've lived in Forest Park for 28 years now and have been a customer of Pizza Works since they first opened. I usually order a 12" meatball grinder, which is always excellent. I have also ordered other items through the years (cheeseburg grinders, Italian Grinders with mayo and oil, pastrami, pizza) and all have been excellent.



i usually call ahead, and whatever I order is ready when I get there. They're usually very busy when I go there, but the girls are always pleasant and friendly.



I highly recommending them, as I've never had anything but a positive experience and great service in all the years I've ordered from them.

I've just received the same treatment after 3 hours with myself AND my twins in the ER! Anyone with more info on this company, please help. I'm taking this Food Poisoning and EXTREME lack of customer relations STRAIGHT TO THE COURTS!

I just want to let everyone know that the OWNER OF PIZZA WORKS ON BELMONT IN SPRINGFIELD IS A REAL CLASS ACT BETTER YET A D×$!HEAD.....Has NO customer service etiquette WHAT SO EVER AND WILL BE REPORTED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TOMORROW
