I took my Grandaughter to get her nails done for the first time, she's 15. The entire time her nails were being done the technician was talking on the phone in, I think, Korean. She said she was trying to get people to come into work but on several of the phone calls she was yelling at the phone. She not only had 1 phone she had 3 phones going constantly. At one point I asked her to keep her voice down because she was right in front of my grandaughters face. She charged us 25.00 for a manicure and her boss tried to tell us it was because she did a gel nail process. The manicure was only nail polish base coat and top coat and should have only been $12.00 as per the advertisement. We will never go back to this place again.
