I called to find out about getting a zipper fixed on my son's coat and he immediately said he doesn't fix zippers and hung up. There are more professional ways of saying so.

He told me they wouldn't help fit my suit jacket, which was odd, because another review told me they were good with suits. But oh well, there are plenty of other tailors I'll take my business to.
