They are a horrible, horrible ...

They are a horrible, horrible waste of time and mall space. I had used them exclusively for nearly 4 years to size and change batteries in my 3 watches. They had been convenient because I worked in the mall for years. Over these years, I noticed strange things happening to my watches: they'd go in for a battery exchange and I was told the watch no longer worked in one way or another. After I moved away from that area, I brought 2 of these watches to an in-town jeweler. He opened them in front of me. My watches were clearly damaged.

I had been told my Fossil watch inexplicably did not work when the battery was changed and that my Diesel watch no longer had a functioning digital date readout. This was not at one time, but one happened in 2009 and the other in 2011.

The jeweler today showed me very clearly that my Fossil was missing pieces. The bottom battery connector was ripped out -- probably done by accident at Watch Pro, and that the gasket for the back cover was missing -- probably in carelessness.

My Diesel watch's date readout DOES work. It hasn't worked since probably 2009. They mis-angled the top battery connector and it laid UNDERNEATH the battery for the last 3 years or so when it should have gone across the top. I have had the battery for the time (the watch takes 3 batteries for different functions) changed out at least 3 times since it stopped working and nobody noticed the screw up? I was told the existing battery in the compartment easily came out because it wasn't held down by anything.

They don't know how to change a battery?!?! How can their name be "Watch Repair PRO"??
