At Dobos, I was greeted with courtesy every time, never on hold on phone, they called to see if I wanted an optional repair (even though it would have still been under my budget), and it was done 3 days early! Total repair cost was about half of estimate, which made me very happy.

All of the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The business is clean and they have some awesome machines for sale. When I need a new mower or snowblower, Dobos will be my first stop!

I have been a customer for a couple decades, I love dealing with people I know. I have bought/serviced my snowblower, chainsaw, mower, and zero turn here and always get top notch attention. Shopping local is the best and their new showroom is awesome!

Dobo's is terrible

Ordered a part for my generator, promised it would be in by Monday. I go Tuesday to pick it up and "oh it's on back order, no idea when it could come in". BS all the way around. Grrrrr

We took our snowblower/lawn tractor in to be serviced while we were out of town, so that we wouldn't be inconvenienced during the winter without it. 2 weeks later, we returned home to 17 + inches of snow and realized we hadn't heard anything regarding progress. When called to inquire, we were informed that they had completely forgotten they even had our snowblower. 1 week later, we still hadn't heard anything. When called again, they admitted it still hadn't been looked at. It took them less than a day to fix it after that call but when we picked it up, they had went over on the budget we had set by a couple hundred and offered no apologies for their delay in looking at it. When reminded that they admittedly forgot about it, we were told to keep on talking but it wasn't going to change the price. No apologies, No discounts- horrible attitude and customer service. They may do decent work, but that means nothing with the lack of customer care and concern.
