The proprietor estimated it would take him a week and a half to re-wrap the leather on a pair of high heels. The work was delayed for two weeks because he forgot about my shoes, then there was another two-week delay because he got sick. When I finally went to pick up the shoes, he told me he would not even attempt the repair for fear of damaging the shoes. I can’t believe I had to wait a month for him to do absolutely nothing. I wish I had taken my business elsewhere from the very beginning.

I am so happy! Billy used his magic on my boots again! No one will ever touch my boots again!

I've been taking him my boots for years. I wont let anyone else work on them. He does an excellent job, in a timely manner, and all at a reasonable price.
