First, I would like to say thanks to Dr. Baca for donating his time and efforts to the Kitchen Clinic.

Second, I would like to thank him for the relief he gave me. I haven't been able to walk without pain or stiffness in at least ten years. After my adjustment, I walked down stairs without a problem.

The office staff is rude. I feel I have been bill incorrectly and when I called to question the bill Jill was very short with me and not willing to discuss correcting it. The more questions I asked the more irritated and short she became. I heard an advertisement on the radio offering an evaluation for $47.00; I was billed $200.00. Jill felt since I didn't write in the "referred by" spot on the paper work "radio" I should be charge $200.00 rather than the $47.00 that I thought I was being charge. I tried to explain to her that if the paper work would have asked "How did you hear about us" it would have been clear what they were expecting but the wording referred by lead me to believe that they were asking for a specific persons name. Dr. Baca was very helpful but he really needs to train his office staff on GOOD customer service.
