My classic 1968 Chevelle was stolen from this place in 2009 and when I called to check on my car the owner told me he thought I had already picked it up.... never told me it had been stolen a month before!!! Of course the police told me while I filed my police report that there had been a few other break ins in the prior months and my car was stolen just the weekend before they were going to upgrade the gate and more lights and cameras!!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THIS PLACE! Had my stuff in a unit for less than 24 hours and it got broken into...had a $20 disc lock on my unit that I was told was very hard to break into too. Over $10,000 worth of stuff gone. When I rented, the manager told me units had been broken into before, but nothing ever taken. The thieves didn't leave one thing in the unit. This is on a dark scary road, that doesnt get alot of traffic. The office is never open and the place is a mess. Don't let the price fool you, I rented from here because it was the cheapest unit I found in Springfield. They do have video surveillance which led them to catch the guy that stole my items, but I haven't gotten the items back. I have now been waiting for a refund on my unit (I paid 6 months full) and the management has told me twice now they have done it, but no money has appeared back in my account. Very unprofessional. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

It's been over a month since I moved out my storage unit and I still have not received my security deposit. I live in the same town as these people, so it has nothing to do with the mail. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Should've known this place might be a problem because when I first moved in to the unit someone else's garbage was still inside. They rarely ever answer the phone and there is never anyone at the office. Only thing worse than a crook is a dirty one!!

Im a truck driver, needed a unit LATE at night and machine out front is just like a person rented right then....nice management!!!!!

The smallest area was the best price we could find, but price is always a huge issue.
