Provided by YP.comWe have used Bug Zero and their InsectaShield Program for several years at our home and our offices. They are prompt, efficient, effective and extremely professional! I would highly recommend this company and their services! Their Quarterly program is well worth the investment and peace of mind it provides, and yes they have come back and provided services at no additional charge because we participate in this program. They are a first class operation!

Provided by YP.comWithout question the worst customer service possible. Complete and total failure on the part of management to resolve our issues. We were a long-term client with residential service and Bug Zero lied to us. They were more than happy to take our money but failed to stand behind their work.
There was no customer service issue other than our refusal to do additional business with him. This customer wanted to schedule further billable service, and is apparently upset that we refused.

Provided by YP.comI haved used Bug Zero residential and commercial services for many years now and I cant recommend them enough. The service is second to none and the results = no bugs!
I would also recommend them for varmint removal - so dont fret over racoon or squirrel issues any longer.
When you contact Bug Zero, ask for InsectaShield quarterly service. You will be glad you did.

I received an immediate response from Bug Zero regarding the treatment that was recommended by their trained staff. The service was exceptional and I would recommend this company to anyone needing pest control service at their home.
