So my neighbor across the street just had a roof put on by this company along with several other homes in our neighborhood. Their work looks good other than they use the cheaper of the shingles our neighborhood allows on most houses. However, when watching them work they seem very messy. I am looking accross the street as they have just left after finishing and see oil stains all over the neighbors driveway as well as in the street. Not sure how any of their vehicles can be running since most of their oil is now spread through our neighborhood. It seems they do not have company owned vehicles as none of them had their logo on them. They also do not have uniforms for their workers so this leads me to think they might contract out the work with indipendent roofers. This is one of the reasons I personally went with Dales Roofing. Not sure why it just makes things seem more legit seeing a company owned truck on the job sight other than a leaking beat up truck and a little car full of Hispanic workers.

We have recently worked with Capstone Roofing , specifically Adam Hantle, our project manager, for new roofing on our house. We were extremely pleased with the project from start to finish. They worked well with us to give us the beautiful new roof that we wanted. They were hard working, honest, and eager to be helpful. They went more than the second mile, going far beyond the call of duty in every aspect of the work to help us with this project. We would be pleased to recommend Adam, and Capstone, for a great person to oversee a roofing project!!

I am writing this review to express my gratitude for the excellent roof replacement that Capstone did for me in July of 2010. First of all, I want to thank my Project Manager , Glenn, for all his help working with us. We had never had to replace a roof before. He was not only a likeable person but thorough and very patient. He made sure I understood every step of the process of working with our insurance company and the contract with Capstone. While the work was in progress, the crew was totally professional and careful. I was impressed with how well they paced themselves during the 2 1/2 days of extreme heat and long hours. I have, of course, shared my thoughts with my insurance agent and many of my friends. Thanks again Glenn & Capstone!

It is my great privilege to recommend Capstone Roofing for your consideration. I am a worthy source of information because of my year long struggle to replace our roof with our former insurance company. After multiple bids and previewing ten different potential roofing companies here in Springfield, I was secure with my decision to use Adam Hantle as our Project Manager and Edious Earl.{ The owner of Capstone Roofing}



What set them apart for me initially was their timely communication and engineering training. I actually spoke to Adam at the time I called him. When he was helping other customers, I still received quick call backs. Such a simple thing is a huge difference compared to many companies here in the Springfield Area. When you need a question answered to complete your planning and documenting, the greatest frustration for me in the past has been to have no response from different contractors.



In addition, as a roofing novice, (no longer), with their help, I was able to discern the great difference in quality roofing products, roofing structures, roofing engineering improvements to my house, and finally the actual installation of my beautiful new roof, gutters, fascia, and downspouts!



I appreciate that Capstone Roofing worked not only with me, but with my insurance company to resolve my insurance problems. I will continue to use Capstone Roofing for consultation for continueing home improvement needs.
