I live at Cherry Plaza which is managed by the Wooten Company. Cherry plaza is very affordable to live at a fantastic location. I honestly can't say enough about this place.

The Wooten Company is takes care of us. Maintenance is great and fast here. Office staff have been extremely nice to my wife and I.

I have lived at East Manor for 2+ years Managed by Center City Apartments (Wooten Company).
They are always professional, very friendly and have well cared for units which are maintained by the Wooten company Maintenance department and outside contractors as needed.

Jim in maintenance is the absolute best. It's always a pleasure to see Jim as he regularly pops in to clean the landscape and parking area as well as repairs that need done. It will be a sad day if he leaves or retirees.

The management and staff are top notch. Nancy is wonderful as she manages with great professionalism which other management companies lack today. I don't plan on moving anytime soon. Thanks Wooten Co/Center City!!!
