I took my 2 year old granddaughter into Cookie Cutters in Springfield MO this morning a haircut. She had been there before but it was my first time. (I must say, I almost didn't take her in because of the reviews I read. So glad I didn't listen to them!)

The staff was very friendly & attentive! Even though she has had a few haircuts, she was still a little nervous but they immediately put her at ease! The ladies were so sweet! When she started to fuss a little, the girl at the front desk came right over to assist by blowing bubbles & talking to her. She got to sit in pink car & watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse (which she loves) I would recommend Cookie Cutters to anyone!

I was shocked and amazed by the lack of professionalism , skill, cleanliness, & general customer service skills that these employees have. You would think that they would at least try to keep the place clean.... especially since the owners were there but Nope.... not at Cookie Cutters,leaning on the counter while playing on a cell phone in front of customers, being rude, and giving awful haircuts takes priority at Cookie Cutters. Even when you give them another chance to fix their mistake, they will continue to be condescending and still screw up your daughter's hair! I'm pretty sure one of the first things you learn when earning your license to cut hair is to SECTION IT OFF SO THAT IT IS EVEN but Nope.... not at Cookie Cutters! And to top it all off they want you to pay almost $30 to screw up your daughter's hair!!!! Never Again!

Rude, rude, rude. That's really all I can say about the people who work here. They herd you in and out like cattle, do a bad job with the haircut, and are rude to you and your child the whole time. I do not recommend this place! The only thing nice is the selection of movies for the kids to watch and the cute chairs, but you can find that at Pigtails & Crewcuts, plus P&C has a much nicer, more professional staff.
