I want to take some time to thank Kathie Jump. This probation officer is all around amazing. This is a woman who truly has a heart, and cares about people. She gives you hope, she is understanding, she is helpful, she is very stern and sticks to the book with everything she does but she does it in a way that makes you feel like you are a person. She doesn't just think of you a con or just give you a label. She is amazing with kids. My daughter loves her to pieces. She looks forward to our visits with her. Kathie prides herself with her job and takes it seriously. The fact that she is so strict makes it so much easier to walk a thin line cause we already know what to expect. Probation and parole needs more probation officers like her. She has truly made such a huge impact on our family and hope she gets recognized for such amazing work that she has done and still continues to do. Thank you so much Kathie for everything you do and continue to do daily.
