Took my motorcycle to them and was told it would be a week before they put it on the lift. After checking in with them 2 1/2 weeks later I was told it would be another week till they could get to it. Their excuse was 1st, We are getting those that need oil changes and tire rotations first so that they can get back on the road. 2nd, we are taking care of our loyal customers. 3rd, we have no mechanics on hand to take care of your motorcycle.

I've used Don and Sons for several motorcycle repairs and tire changes and they are great! Their prices are more than reasonable and their staff if friendly and helpful.

There's a reason these guys are always busy and overwhelmed. They are the best at what they do. Good American men who started their business from the ground up without Obamas silly money. These guys are great, and always offer free advise to help me save money. Highly recommend Don and Sons!

Had my bike there for three weeks and they didn't even look at it because, they said, they were overwhelmed with tires and oil changes. I pulled my bike and took it to Yamaha Springfield who blew me away with their awesome customer service and attention to detail.
