My experience with Drury Property Management is nothing less than the best! They are nice, friendly, caring people that always take the time to hear your concerns. They act promptly to all issues brought to their attention. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent or have rentals you’d like them to handle for you!

I'll just leave it at 1 star. Trust someone who has been dealing with Drury for 3+ years. Go live in a cardbox you'll be happier with the service and less of a headache. If you honestly want to know comment and I'll take the time out of my day to save you from this unprofessional property management crew. If I could give less than 1 star maybe 1/4 or even 1/8th if a single star I would. I got a box ill even sell you to ensure you don't make the same mistake.

I appreciate Drury very much. I used Dawn as an agent to list my home for rent in 2011-2014. She found great tenants and looked after our property well. Even years later when I needed to find old documents they were willing to go to storage and dig through boxes to find what I needed. I appreciate the customer service very much!

I found a place through Drury Property and was helped by their AWESOME leasing agent Louisa who went above and beyond in helping us find a place! I'm not sure why there are these bad reviews because our experience so far has been great!!!

These people are the biggest crooks i have ever dealt with in my 49 years of renting! i dont know how they haven't been shut down or sued for alot of money. they tell you one thing but do another, and rent you a property that is disgusting! i have rented from them for almost a year now, and cannot wait til my lease is up! i will make sure to tell everyone i know to never rent from these people. they are the most unprofessional, rude, liers i have ever met. the people in the office must really need a job bad to work for such scum! i don;t know how they even sleep at night knowing the lies they spew!!! take it from me and the others to run, run far away!!!!

Well, I just got my deposit check back and am very upset. My family lived in this home for three and a half years and took such good care of it. I spent 8 hours cleaning the house the day before Drury did a walk through. The house was spotless. It was not even cleaned when I moved in. The entire house has wood or tile floor, yet somehow they needed to keep $250 of my deposit for "floor cleaning". I was also charged $20 for them to do a walk through, which seems to me like something the landlord should be responsible for paying. The house also had hard water and caused a stain in the bathtub that they charged me for. The landlord is such a nice person and he would have never treated us like this. This is all Drury that kept our deposit for no reason. I would NEVER rent from this company again. I am left to feel like a dirty loser tenant, which is the farthest thing from the truth. They should have been thankful for renters like us instead of screwing my family out of over $300.

awful company. charged us at move out for items that were pre existing problems in the home prior to us moving in. I recommend you take pictures of EVERYTHING at move it they are a dishonest and abusive company. Run fast and far away. I reported them to the BBB and the AG office in MO.

Horrible Company

The staff is rude and condescending. They will go into the property without your knowledge or consent. They are not afraid to lie, and make up ridiculous things to charge you for to keep 100% of your deposit. If you rent from them take dated pictures and write down every little thing, even loose door handles and shelves that are stored and not on the walls.

These are some of the worst people to work with. Rude, disrespectful, abrupt, dishonest, two-faced, unstable, these are all adjectives I would use to describe them to someone I didn't like. To a friend I might and have said even worse. Use anyone but. Use ANYone but. I would rather live in a rotting log with a rabies than use this company.

Notice how the only 2 positive reviews were written on the same day, both have weird made-up handles, and both praise the same guy, Paul? I think Mr. Paul should stop writing false reviews about his company and praising himself. Its ridiculous.



Drury Property Management is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. I rented from them for 2 years and never had a positive experience with them. Urgent maintenance requests (broken AC in summer, broken dishwasher, termite infestation) were neglected for weeks. They would often have multiple companies come, look at the problem, and give them a quote. Then they would pick the cheapest company to do the work without ever caring for our needs or the urgency to have stuff fixed. As for the security deposit, good luck getting it back!



I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have rented from DPM for over a year. They left me a voicemail that they were going to do a in home inspection, but never actually spoke to me to make sure that the time would work. When they arrived, I was asleep in my bed. I have had the washer break, I paid 120 to have it fixed, after waiting for two weeks. They were upset because I did not use one of their vendors, even though I notified them. The gentleman told me my house was all electric and on well water. Two weeks later I recieved a $500 propane bill. A month and a half later, I started recieving water bills. None of these were mentioned, and for the first year, the water bill stayed in the landlords name, and I paid the bill. Rent is due on the 1st with no grace period. I wont lie, due to pay scheduling, I have been up to 6 days late before. I have also paid up to a week in advance on some occasions. A stray great dane decided he wanted to make my house his home, and would jump the privacy fence, and chew the bottom of the privacy fence off. I replaced all of these, and never sent them a bill. The landlord wanted the water to go in my name after the lease was up, and she requested it be in my name on 03/01/2013. She did not notify me or DPM that she was shutting the water off on 02/05/2013. I had company, and it was shut off on a Friday evening. When we arrived home, their was not any water for a shower or to use the toilet. I had to pay for a hotel room, and DMP did not refund me. It took them two days to get ahold of the landlord, who said that she informed the water company that I was going to put the utilities in my name, not to shut them off. Eiether way, I had family out of state, and I had no water for the whole weekend. I am a clean person, and I have had the carpets cleaned every six months as they should be, I never billed them. I have been a good clean tenant, I work from 4pm -2/3 am, go to school, and still pay $699 in rent. They do not work with their tenants, or follow their own lease.

I found a very cute home on Craigslist and then researched Drury Property Management. I found the negative reviews were from the home owners - None from the tenants. I worked with a company employee named Terri. He was very unprofessional and was lair. He talk about the other the applicants coming to look at the house "Molly and & her Brother" / "The 3 Gay Boys." He would have taken my deposit but thank goodness the bank was already closed. The office employee that I worked with was Rebecca. She made me jump through hoop after hoop. She misread my application, denying me the house due to income when I made over three times that rent. They offered me OTHER properties but I couldn't have that property. So I had to get cosigners. My cosigners made over $300,000 plus a year. We offered six months upfront cash. They denied that and kept offering us other properties. After they denied the $300,000+ cosigners. They said if I could prove my income I could yet again have the house. I sent in my bank statements. This was all in less than a 24 hour period. We called to see the status.Rebecca, says I was APPROVED but they had just LEASED the house TO a Family! Last time I checked my daughter and I are a FAMILY. I had raving reviews from my past Landlords. I am an established professional women making an ample amount of money. I believe DPM had no intention of renting me that house. They offered us other properties four different times. They didn't want my daughter and myself in that house for whatever reason. Thank for your time and I hope you do not waste your time with a company that DISCRIMINATES.
