i've been here for three years and signed for a fourth. its pretty good for the price for someone who lives alone.spacious for sure and all the bills lumped into one price is convenient. only downside is that theres alot of upkeep that needs done but cant because id practically have to move out. Could easily be fixed if they gave a loaner so to speak while my place is being worked on.

The apartments here at East Manor are a fine place to live. They are well constructed, well cared for and the residents are friendly and quiet. I also love the fact that my huge one bedroom is all Utilities Paid including free hi-speed internet and DirecTV.
