If you are looking for a place to learn an authentic martial art form, that focuses on useful and practical applications, and where the instructor is helpful and informative, then I suggest hitting this place up. Whether you are just wanting a workout or are seriously interested in learning self defense Fu Hok has impressed me. Sifu Nick, the instructor, has impressed me personally as well with being an approachable and intelligent teacher that guides without being an overbearing jerk. I look forward to showing up, knowing I'm actually improving and at my own pace.
