Overall great. I have been trading there for years.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I used to like going into this store and would pawn & buy & sell. I would also just stop by and say Hi, because most everyone there knew me. I have just moved back to this area after being gone for 2+ years and thought I would stop by and say hi to the employees. I open the door and right away I notice the store looks WAY different, but blew it off cuz the guy with the baseball cap who was the manager would sometimes move things around and he would always greet and talk with everyone and you felt that you meant something and the other employees were also warm and inviting.

NOW you walk in, nobody says a word and just sits there doing whatever on the computer. I wont go back EVER! I was looking for a xmas gift and I would ask a question and it was like I had interrupted them and I was the only person in the store. I got short answers and I was treated like I didnt exist and I wasnt rude or anything. NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECCOMEND TO ANYONE! colder inside that outside!

LIES ALL LIES ...I happen to buy a iPhone off of eBay turns out to be a stolen... I called the store they don't even considering to help me to find the regional owner or return the iPhone .. if i don't hear from the store until Thursday, I will take the phone to a police station. i want to be safe then sorry..

Been here for 3 years and i have used golddigges for that long i have been to others but still go back to gd ty guys for bein there when i needed ya

don't come to this pawnshop. they make their own price on items they see. #riinjinen&jemenwot

As a local here in Springfield for over 20 years I love yard sales and pawn shops! over the years I have been to just about every pawn shop in Springfield. I have sold and purchased and can honestly say in my time i have seen the best and the worst in all the pawn shops and 1 shop who has always been a helpful fair place to go at any time has been Gold Diggers. they're prices are fair and employees have always been nice to me and that means a lot in my book! every time i have been in there, if they couldn't help me they always refer me to the correct place to find what im looking for or to sell my yard sale findings! they are and always will be my first stop regardless of if im selling or buying and i strongly suggest anyone give them a shot! they wont let you down!! Good selection! Used stuff in good shape. Employees are very friendly!
