Gracie's Bridal was amazing!! They were so sweet and kind. They were extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect dress for my perfect day. The first place I went too they were rude and not helpful at all. Gracie's got the chance to know you and what you liked and didn't like. I couldn't have been happier with the way my dress turned out!! Taking two dresses and picking bits and pieces from each dress and putting it into one made me a little nervous. But they wrote down every single detail that I wanted and made sure it was right. And the dress came back even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!!! They are absolutely wonderful!!!

The workers here are very nice! I found my dream prom dress much cheaper than any store in Springfield! They even register your dress so no one else will have the same dress, even in any other color. There were only 2 working when I came in and they were running a little behind. More workers are needed here. Other than that, they were great and welcoming! I'm surprised this store is not crowded with people!
