I drove from St Louis to Springfield with my truck to purchase some things from Grizzley. I selected several items and went to customer service to pay for it before I picked it up at the dock. There were 4 girls there and I was the only customer. It took them over 3 minutes to look up from their conversation among themselves. One woman finally came over to help me, but her attitude was completely apathetic. She told me two of the items were out of stock and wouldn't be in for 3 weeks. Then she just stood there looking at me. I said I had just driven 400 miles, was it in another warehouse. She just said no and left it at that. I just left everything in the cart and went home. I'll buy somewhere else

I purchased a motor from grizzly industrial. It was damaged. Sent it back, and recieved another damaged motor. They claimed it was the shipping co. but the packing and box was not even dented.I told them I wouldn't do business with them again because of the condition of the motors when I recieved them. They said customer service would contact me and see what they could do to help me. They never contacted me. A few months later I thought I would give them another chance, and ordered another motor from them, and they refused to sell to me. Great customer service. Go figure.

I went and had my old motor repaired and saved a couple hundred dollars. Glad they didn't want to do business with me.
