My experience today at Hot Wheelz in Springfield, Mo. Gets an excellent review from me.
The car lot was very busy, its a very popular place which made me feel good, since it was my first time to purchase there.
The owner can multi-task very well and not miss a beat. I went immediately after to the license bureau and All my paper work was in order. Not a page short.
As for the vehicle, he did everything as promised before i picked it up, and it was also detailed, freshly washed and ready to go.
The staff was all helpful and eager to meet your needs within reason and even eager to work with you when it came to some special financing terms.
I highly recommend them. They are very busy, i would call ahead. Also if you see it, buy it, his stuff goes fast!!!

He is very disrespectful rude treats his customers and employees very bad.
Don't fix the cars like he said he would then lies and tris to turn it around on you. He suppose to be a business man he shouldn't own anything. We had to call the cops just to get my daughters billfold that had DL. Ssn and money... He takes advantage of people that are less fortunate than he is.
It's pretty bad when police officers have nothing nice to say about him
Trust me you don't need a car that bad that you will go here! !!
I wished I would've listen to what people were telling me about him before I went there

Today I bought my fourth car from Hotwheelz, not that the first three needed replaced. What impresses me the most about Shawn is his honesty and integrity! I left the area for a year after I paid off the first two vehicles, drove them 16 hours one way, no issues! We moved back to mo I needed two more vehicles went straight to Shawn/Hotwheelz. No need to shop around, I knew he would be fair and honest! Will go back if I ever need or just want another vehicle in the future!

Just bought a 2007 HHR. What really impressed me was that they did not try and push a higher priced vehicle that I had asked about, he actually said it would not be the best for what we needed. As I was sitting in the office I witnessed his crew going thru the vehicles, and Shawn directing them to make sure everything was in proper working order, before he would put them out for sale. This dealership seems to really care about what they sell.
