I work in a real estate company where a printer is a MUST HAVE. After leaving another printer company due to poor service we gave Inland Printing Company a try. Everyone I have spoken with on the phone are friendly and professional. They have helped over the phone with printer issues and Greg their service man drives over an hour to fix any printer issues we have



Our most recent service order we didn't have the right waste toner bottle for our printer. I called their office and it would take two days to get the waste toner in the mail, so they put in a service order for us for the next day. The following morning after speaking with them on the phone, Greg came in with the right waste toner bottle and made sure our machine was working properly. Drove over an HOUR to give us that bottle!!! Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!



Thank you Inland Printing for all that you do for our office! I would highly recommend Inland Printing Company to any office needing printer services!!

Something about the name of this company tells me that they print stuff. I was even rudely corrected by the person who answered the phone when I called to get some copies made.

CHANGE YOUR NAME IF YOU DONT DO PRINTING. NAME SUGGESTION: "Inland Printing Supply".

they need to change their name since they nolonger a printing company but a copy shop
