Dr.'s are great from all my experiences. Which is about 5 to 6 years now. HOWEVER, that being said, the scheduling and phone personnel are typically not friendly and have on more than one occasion given me false info. Not to mention I missed my entire apt last time because of them. Won't go into details. Not happy with the many miscommunications on their part. Dr's get 5 stars though, it's not their fault. It's the people that run everything else.

Be prepared to play phone tag with them. Also they called to reschedule an appointment the morning of the appointment that had been on the schedule for a month because it conflicted with another patient. My husband already arranged for the day off to watch our daughter. Health clinic is a joke save your time and money go somewhere else

Be prepared to wait a long time just to get in. Their appointment system for new patients is a JOKE!!!!. Done be offended if you feel you are being looked down upon with a condescending attitude, do not expect to get all the information you need and dont expect anyone to return your phone calls if you have a problem or a question.

Jordan Valley is a great office to go to. The medical side is very busy and takes awhile sometimes to get an appointment unless its an emergency but its worth it because the doctor, nurses and all the staff are amazing.

On the dental side the dentist is so GENTLE. The best dentist I have ever been too!

Also they accept almost all insurances so its never hurt my pocket. Plus they have a sliding scale for people who dont have insurance or a million dollars. Thanks Jordan Valley!
